Let's  get started: 

Use specific prompts to guide the AI generator to create the Image. You can as well copy and paste your prompt and ask ChatGPT to generate similar prompts in different ways but If you find a style online that you admire, upload the image to ChatGPT and ask ChatGPT to generate a matching prompt to replicate the image.

Incase you are using Midjourney AI tool as recommended by me then you should adjust the settings by increasing the weirdness to make your generated monster looks more creepier and unique.

After entering your prompt, MidJourney generates four image options but if the Images doesn't meet your specification then you can rerun the prompt but If you like any of the generated Images, upscale it to have better quality.

STEP 2: 

Turn Image Into Video

Once the monster image is ready, then the next step is to animate it. Note that this process is not as simple as hitting a button on the dashboard but requires specific techniques to achieve handheld realistic camera effect.

For the cause of this training of Image to Video conversion, I will be using klingAI to enhance the quality effect of the video. 

1. Select "AI Video" and choose "Image to Video."
2. Upload the MidJourney image and enter the same prompt used to generate the Image.

In other to enhance realism, include “handheld camera shake” in your prompt.

Click “Generate” and experiment it with settings until you are satisfied with the output.

STEP 3: 

Increase Video Resolution

In other to make your generated monster video attract curiosity, especially on large screens like YouTube, it is very essential you increase the quality. In this aspect I will recommend you use an upscaling AI tool like "Topaz Video AI" to increase the video resolution to like 4K or 8K.
